1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ph168 ("ph168", "Company", "we", "us", "our"), operating the website located at https://ph168.cam and related mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, registering an account, or using any services provided through the ph168 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, guidelines, or policies posted on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the ph168 Platform and refrain from creating an account or engaging in any gaming activities. Continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of such modifications. The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

ph168 operates under the regulatory oversight and licensing of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the authorized regulatory body governing gambling operations in the Republic of the Philippines. Our Platform complies with all applicable Philippine laws, regulations, and directives pertaining to online gaming, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 9287 (increasing penalties for illegal gambling), Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter), and all implementing rules and regulations issued by PAGCOR from time to time.

All gaming services offered through ph168 are provided exclusively to residents of and persons physically located within the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations. ph168 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or legal for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To access gaming services on the ph168 Platform, you must create a personal account ("Account"). Account registration is free, but you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure its accuracy at all times.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an Account with ph168, you must meet the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
• You must be a legal resident of the Philippines with a valid Philippine address;
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You must not be currently self-excluded from gambling activities through PAGCOR or any other regulatory self-exclusion program;
• You must not have been previously banned or restricted from using the ph168 Platform due to violation of these Terms or any applicable law;
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
• You must not be a politically exposed person (PEP) unless you have obtained prior written approval from ph168 compliance department;
• The information you provide during registration must be accurate, truthful, and verifiable through government-issued identification documents.

2.2 Account Security and Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you shall be liable for all transactions, wagers, and activities performed using your Account credentials, whether authorized by you or not.

You must immediately notify ph168 Customer Support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach. ph168 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security or your failure to notify us of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

2.3 One Account Per Person Policy

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with ph168. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same person, whether under the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph168 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, device fingerprinting, IP addresses, payment methods, and other identifying data.

If ph168 determines, in its sole discretion, that you have created or are operating multiple Accounts, we reserve the right to: (a) immediately suspend or terminate all associated Accounts; (b) void all pending bets, winnings, and bonuses across all duplicate Accounts; (c) confiscate any funds in excess of the original deposits made to duplicate Accounts; and (d) report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities including PAGCOR and law enforcement agencies.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

ph168 supports various payment methods tailored for Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other locally-relevant payment solutions. All financial transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

3.1 Deposit Terms

Deposits to your ph168 Account can be made through any of the payment methods listed on the Platform. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution involved.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your ph168 Account originate from legitimate sources and that you have full legal right to use such funds for gambling purposes. ph168 operates in strict compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements mandated by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. We reserve the right to investigate the source of funds and request supporting documentation at any time.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms and Conditions

You may request withdrawal of funds from your ph168 Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified with all required documentation approved by ph168 compliance team;
• Wagering requirements attached to any bonus funds must be fully completed before withdrawal;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name matching your Account registration details;

ph168 employs advanced fraud detection algorithms to identify bonus abuse. Users found engaging in prohibited bonus activities will have their bonuses and winnings voided, Accounts suspended or terminated, and may be reported to PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities.

5. Game Rules, Fair Play, and Platform Integrity

All games offered on the ph168 Platform are provided by reputable third-party software providers who are licensed, regulated, and independently audited for fairness. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that ensure completely random and unpredictable results.

5.1 Game Fairness and RNG Certification

Users found engaging in any prohibited activity will have their Accounts immediately terminated, all funds forfeited, and may face legal prosecution under Philippine cybercrime laws.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the ph168 Platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, games, databases, and user interfaces, is the exclusive property of ph168 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without prior written consent from ph168.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph168 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

The Platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. ph168 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith negotiations with ph168 Customer Support. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue legal remedies through the Philippine court system.
